It’s Not Just You, It’s Me Too.
June 19, 2012
Ever been tired of hearing about people’s problems? Somebody has probably gotten tired of listening to yours at some point too.
Ever wished you could blow a competitor out the water? They probably have wished they could blow you clean into next year. (typed while laughing)
In a moment of envy or gratitude, ever wished you could have someone elses victory, job, friends, mate etc? Well, for that second in your mind, you did.
For every action, there was first a thought, for every thought there was first an internal desire. For every internal desire there was first a need.
We need to be challenged. We need to be competitive, even if only with ourselves. We need constant motivation. Too much concentration on the challenges of life may create inner strife.
Rate your emotions when it comes to your inner desires on a scale of envy to drive. If you are too far on either side, that may suggest that you are being driven. If you seek the middle ground it is there that you may discover your drive.
